Returns & Exchanges
At Dr. Ortho, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and tags.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
